Weekly servicing is the right fit when a unit stays on the ground longer than a few days — active builds in Port Malabar, a season-long field at a Melbourne-Tillman sports lot, or a construction trailer setup off Malabar Road. A single unit used by a full crew fills and fouls fast in Palm Bay's summer heat, and once tank levels climb the deodorizer stops keeping up. A set weekly visit resets the unit before it gets to that point. If your rental is only running a weekend event, a one-time drop-and-pickup makes more sense; weekly servicing is built for units that stay put and get daily traffic.

Most competitors win the order and then go quiet on the ongoing visits. Our whole angle is the second and third visit — showing up on the day we said, pumping the tank down, and restocking so the unit at Waterstone or Palm Bay Colony is clean when Monday's crew arrives. Heavier-use units in a Compound-area jobsite or a busy stretch near Palm Bay Regional Park may need twice-weekly service; we'll flag that on the site visit rather than let a single weekly stop fall behind.

Pricing depends on unit count, how full the tanks run, and how far the route sits from our regular Palm Bay lanes through Bayside Lakes and Emerald Lakes. The $250 minimum applies to the servicing agreement; per-visit costs on a multi-unit account come down as the count goes up.
